Quarantine Road Sanitary Landfill, Cell 6 Phase 2
Baltimore City Department of Public Works · Baltimore, Maryland
Designed and permitted the final landfill cell to RCRA Subtitle D requirements and served as owner's representative, including support facilities such as administration building, scale house, citizens convenience center, leachate pond, and storm water management.

UST Replacements and Natural Gas Upgrades
Air National Guard, Martin State Airport · Baltimore, Maryland
Removed underground storage tanks from 1,000 to 12,000 gallons, converted oil burner systems to natural gas, replaced four oil water separators, and built a military fueling station with vaulted above-ground tanks, kiosk, canopy, pumps, and leak detection and fuel management systems.
